Teach children how to end hunger — 2 years ago
My mom teaches kindergarten. This year, she and her children worked to earn money to buy a goat from Heifer International. Her 5-year-old children learned more about ending hunger than many American adults know. For tiny increments, mostly dimes, they walked their dishes to the sink, brushed their teeth, and did other various chores in order to buy a goat.
Ah the innocence of children. Their work will save other children around the world.
